A diamond chestplate is the strongest, most expensive, most effective armor piece in Minecraft.

It will absorb the impact from mobs, players, lava, fireballs, explosions, cacti, and fire. A diamond chestplate can take 529 hits before eventually breaking. Diamond armor is best at reducing health loss when you are hit. When you put a diamond chestplate on, it will show this:

That shows the strength/durability of your armor. Having 10 chestplates on your armor bar means you have full diamond armor. This is how you craft a diamond chestplate:

Diamond chestplates can also be enchanted to give it special aspects that a regular chestplate cannot have.

In minecraft, a compass can be made to point at your most recent spawn point. I.E wherever you last spawned, the red pointer on the compass will point at it.



TIP: You don't need to actually make the compass to use it... just put the ingredients in the crafting table, and the compass will point where you need to go in the crafting table!

MINECRAFT RAW BEEF! KIND OF UNSATISFYING...

Raw beef is steak that is just uncooked. Eating raw beef alone will only allow you to regain 1 1/2 hunger points (1 1/2 drumsticks). Cooking a raw beef in a furnace will turn the raw beef into a steak, and eating steak will regain 4 hunger points.You can get 1-3 raw beefs by killing a cow.

The nether fortress is almost entirely made out of nether brick, along with nether stairs and nether fences. MINECRAFT BASICS FOR BEGINNERS PART 3!!!

Last time, we learned how to use all the tools, and in Part 1 we made a crafting table. Now, we must learn about monsters and the day/night cycle. In Minecraft, it is day for 10 minutes and night for another 10 minutes. In the daytime, monsters will not be around. (Except for dark caves underground)

When it turns into night, monsters will begin to appear. The names of all the hostile monsters that will appear are the spider, zombies, skeletons, spider jockeys and creepers.

Very fast... bites you and will lunge and jump at you. Will not attack if it is day (unless it is in a cave)

Zombie and a zombie villager. Has a smaller chance of being a zombie villager.

When it turns morning, zombies and skeletons will burn up, (unless wearing a helmet) and creepers and spiders will disappear.

You can skip night completely by making a bed, and when it is night, you can press the use item button on the bed and go to sleep. (Unless there are monsters nearby) When you wake up, it will be daytime. To make a bed, you must find a sheep. Sheep are wild animals that gives you wool.

 When you kill a sheep, it will give you 1 wool. Here is how to make a bed:
